Nothin' Runs Like a Deer

Three White Tailed Deer this evening

In the backyard feeding under the bird feeders.

At the end of Day...

We shall rest

in preparation for the long week ahead

and to remember our days past.

We hope to rejuvenate, come out fresh!

and at the end of the day...were home at last!

Dog chewed up my shoes, like to take a cruise

I think I've been misused , do you know the news

I like Kangaroos, this poem is overused,

Words are all transfused, cause of February blues!

Frosty-white and cold it lies

Underneath the fretful skies;

Snow flakes flutter where the red 

Banners of the poppies spread,

And the drifts are wide and deep

Where the lilies fell asleep

Bright light and the silhouette of Miss Alice

Thanks to my ever present point and shoot camera on my belt

I was able to capture a few interesting shots as Alice

took in the view of our back yard winter wonderland.

Awash is a Sea of Yellow

Its February here in Canada

The coldest and longest part of our winter

Dark , cold and dreary

So some colour is needed!

I'm a fan of yellow and six legged creatures.
