Ancient Ruins of Dodge

In a search for "Ruins" for the photo group
Photographic Platforms weekly theme.
I came across this old Dodge truck long since abandoned
in the back of a old farm field surrounded by raspberry canes.
The license plate was 1977 and the truck is easily 10 years older.
If your interested, here is a link to that group.

Jack's Beans

Planting seeds today indoors
I like to start a lot of my annuals and a few perennials
from seed each each year. It makes my gardening season longer.
These are Red Carmencita Castor bean seed I saved from last years plants.
They are the size of your pinky finger nail and have such
an interesting outside coat, and are now in soil on heating mats
and underneath 16 hrs a day of growing light.
Shots taken in 3 very different lighting.

Winters Last Breath

Only a week ago it was 25 Celsius, sunny

Ice Off

March 21st the 1st day of spring.
These images are of Lake Rosseau and the fog from the remaining ice
on a very warm day and very early in the year.
Since we have had a cold snap which wiped out
allot of spring flowers that were fooled into the belief
that winter was done.

Blackbird
